    It’s becoming so easy to get things done without having to expend any great amount of energy.     Nobody likes obesity- especially those that are already affected by it. Your advise thus serves as a good guide on what are the causes and what we should do. 

    When I realized that I was gaining weight very fast, I had to really get into a discipline that was hard to begin at first but which helped me along the way.     Yes, it takes discipline to tone the body and become fitter.  

    I notice that some medication I am on has made me gain weight around my middle.  I am now 12 stone which is approximately 76kg.  It is the heaviest I have been all my life and at the moment I am on a juice feast to tone me up.

    I also plan to go the gym at least 3 times a week to get trimmer.

    Fortunately I needed the extra weight, but wanted to attain it in a healthier way.  Hence my tactics to get toned.  I must admit as I have been pregnant at a later age, my tummy is hard to tone and still has 1 inch separation between my front abs.  Fortunately, I have found out exercises to close the gap.

    Hello, this is a good review and I think I will need this ebook. But I have a few questions. I am not obese but over the few months, I have started adding quite an amount of weight and I think it’s due to the work I do and I eat alot of junkies.
